Directions
1-10 to Hwy 36, (Sealy Exit). Go north toward
downtown Sealy for 1.3 miles to FM 1094 and turn left. Go 6/10 of a mile to Lux Street and turn left. After you pass the 2nd set of railroad tracks, the Hill Community Center is 1/4 block down on right. Registration, chip pickup and post race party will be inside the center. |

During the 5K timed race pets, strollers, baby joggers, skates and reindeer are prohibited. Water will be provided at the start/finish lines and on the course at the 1.5 mile mark. |

I understand that my consent to these provisions is given in consideration of your accepting my registration and permitting me to participate in the 5K Sealy Fun Run (“this event”). I am a voluntary participant and am in good physical condition. I know that this event is a potentially hazardous activity, and I hereby assume complete responsibility for any injury or accident, which may occur during my participation in this event or while on the premises of this event. I hereby agree not to file suit against The Sealy Choir Boosters or The City of Sealy or any sponsor of or other persons or entity associated with this event, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, partners, officers, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”), for, and release and hold harmless the Released parties from any loss, liability, damage or claim I (or my heirs, executors, or administrators) may have arising out of my participation in the event, including personal injury or damage suffered by me or others, whether the same is caused by or results from falls, contact with other participants, conditions of the course, negligence of a Released Party or otherwise. I hereby grant full permission to the Released Parties to use photographs, videotapes, and other recordings of this event for any purpose, without compensation. This entry is invalid unless signed by the participant, or by the participants parent or guardian if under 18 years of age. I agree to comply with the rules of this event and acknowledge that the event committee reserves the right to reject my registration form for any reason.
